Information Alert! SPOT 2009 User Conference was a Huge Success
Once again the 2009 conference was given an "Excellent" rating by attendees.  Attendees scored the conference a 4.6 out of 5.  This was the first year for a winter conference and with the economy as it was we had planned on 30-35 attendees.  With 58 attendees the group was almost twice the size as anticipated. Review "Content" and "Pictures" from the conference.

Current Versions of SPOT - "Current versions are available for download at any time for users with a current Customer Care agreement.  SPOT Business Systems will support the latest release on a machine that has the most current OS and service packs.  Please check with the Microsoft Windows update site to verify you have the latest service packs and hot fixes for the supported OS's of either Windows 2000, XP or Server 2003.

Important! Windows Vista Support Announcement
SPOT version 4.50.0125 and later are compatible with Windows Vista, but drivers for the common printers and other peripherals are currently NOT available from many manufacturers.  Please proceed with caution when considering Vista as your operating system as a SPOT workstation.  Please review the SBS support release notes for details and limitations when using Windows Vista as your workstations operating system.
